The exercise bags by Sport-Thieme are filled with fine-grained sand feature and they feature a durable imitation leather cover (73% polychloride and 27% polyester). They can therefore be easily wiped clean after use.
With or without hook-and-loop strap
The sandbags are available with or without hook-and-loop strap and there is a choice of various weights, so you can work out with bags that best suit your fitness level. The strap allows the sandbag to be attached to your wrists or ankles, which will make your push-ups, ab crunches or squats much harder.
