Individual height adjustment
The large 4-part Sport-Thieme vaulting box has 2 middle sections measuring 150×50×20 cm (L×W×H) each. By removing or adding these middle sections, the height of the box can be reduced or increased by 20 cm. The box's maximum height is 90 cm. When the top section is placed directly onto the bottom part, the height is just 50 cm (lowest possible height).

Which variant suits your needs best?
Will you be moving your vaulting box frequently? If so, we recommend the variant with swivel castors. This feature can also be retrofitted to existing vaulting boxes (all our boxes come with the openings required as standard). If the box is to be used for gymnastics with small children, then the variant with automatic lowering mechanism is the safest option, while the large vaulting box with a wheeled top section is the most fun, offering children the option to ride through the hall.

Can be combined with gymnastics benches and Vario elements
The vaulting box top section features recesses on both sides for attaching gymnastics benches. As the Sport-Thieme gymnastics benches come with hook-in bars as standard, they can be attached safely and securely. The top section of the box also features Vario openings (approx. 36 mm wide and with a distance of approx. 400 mm between them), meaning that the vaulting box can be combined with Vario elements, such as bars and climbing ladders, providing you with even more options for using the box.
