The Sport-Thieme "Competition" landing mat is a great-value gymnastics mat specially designed for school and club sport. The special sandwich construction consisting of composite foam and light foam provides flexibility and freedom to turn. The special needle-felt/PE foam construction contains an additional layer for stability and prevents you from sinking too far into the mat on landing. It also provides stability and shock absorption. As they are manufactured in compliance with DIN EN 12503-1 types 5 and 6, the mats are suitable for various exercises. Type 5 serves as a landing mat, particularly suitable for difficult landings. The practical hook-and-loop fastening allows the cover to be changed with ease anytime.
