Learning the flick-flack made easy
The flick-flack is an aspect of artistic gymnastics, cheerleading, acrobatics and in modern dance choreography. It requires great perseverance and a high degree of body control – but once it has been mastered it is extremely impressive. To develop an initial feel for the motion, solid preparation for the motion sequence is necessary. Previously, gymnasts needed two helpers to practice the flick-flack. These stood opposite one another, joined hands and supported the gymnast in their backwards movement. Today just one practical training aid is required: the Spieth flick-flack trainer.
Our advice:
For bigger children, we recommend putting the flick-flack trainer on a mat. The budding gymnast positions themselves accordingly in front of the mat. This gives them a higher initial position. For smaller children, a mat should be placed in front of and behind the flick-flack trainer to enable little ones to practice the flick-flack too.
Master impressive acrobatics easily with the Spieth flick-flack trainer.
