The Sport-Thieme "OV" multifunctional bench is sturdy and robust, making it perfect for demanding workouts with barbells, dumbbells or your own body weight in the gym. The height of both the backrest and the seat can be adjusted in several increments allowing for flat bench presses, incline bench presses, shoulder presses and crunches. The soft padding allows you to train in comfort and the special rubber pads provide the necessary stability.
