SensoRun Running Analysis Set "Sensors and Straps": Laboratory-Level Running Analysis Anywhere
The SensoRun Running Analysis Set "Sensors and Straps" offers athletes, coaches, and casual runners the ability to document and analyze their runs with laboratory precision, yet in the mobility of any desired environment. Whether it's for evaluating training efforts or identifying stresses and strains during a run, the insights gained from the SensoRun enable users to craft joint-friendly and highly efficient running training sessions. For instance, the SensoRun Balance Index, ranging from 0–100, reflects the balance during running by comparing left-right disparities across all running-relevant motion and shock absorption parameters. The data captured is available in real-time and can be stored for further analysis and documentation, with recommendations for optimization of running behavior accessible through the app.
Maximize Your Running Sessions with the SensoRun
Sporting comfortable straps, the sensors in the SensoRun Running Analysis Set attach to the shin just like a compression sock, directly recording motion and the impact of shinbone rotation. Co-developed with sports medicine experts in Tübingen, this sensor-based system provides precise measurements tailored to the needs of runners. Simply attach the sensors using the included tibia straps to your shin. The sensors then send 256 measurements per second via Bluetooth to the free SensoRun app on your mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, providing real-time data and graphical representations.
Who Can Benefit from SensoRun?
The SensoRun is ideal for professional runners, coaches, and recreational runners alike. Whether it's to check motion patterns, improve your running style, or keep a record of training progress, SensoRun delivers precise measurements, comparable to those typically available only in specialized laboratory settings.
Choosing The Right Size
The set is available in three sizes: S, M, and L, which refers to the size of the bands. The sensors themselves are one size. The S bands have a length/circumference of 29 cm, M is 31 cm, and L is 34 cm. To ensure you get the best fit, measure the circumference just below your knee before ordering. For a visual guide on the correct positioning of the bands, check out the SensoRun videos.
