The Sport-Thieme "Pro" pull-up bar: for targeted and effective workouts
The angled-grip pull-up bar allows for a range of exercises to target different muscles. Wide-grip pull-ups, for example, focus on the traps and lower lats, while narrow-grip pull-ups work the lats, pecs and biceps. The handgrips are knurled to make the wide-grip exercises easier. Training can also be varied by either holding on to the handgrips or the wooden bar. They have different diameters and therefore activate slightly different muscle groups.
