The Sport-Thieme "OV" preacher curl bench is equipped with a thick seat cushion and arm pads, which make strength training particularly comfortable. The preacher curl’s set is easily height-adjustable allowing users of any height to reach the barbell bar. You can comfortably rest your forearm on the arm padding and can therefore concentrate on your exercise. The barbell rest is also a winner, providing 3 different heights for resting your barbell. To ensure that your barbell sits securely on the barbell rack, there is also a safety hook which you simply slide over the bar – safety first!
