The top side is made of a skin-friendly stretch fabric, the underside of non-slip gymnastics mat material. The core is made of special foam. The mat is lightweight, making it extremely easy to use. Gymnasts also like to use this mat for warm-ups (e.g. for stretching) and as a seat during breaks in training and competitions.
