Sport-Thieme "Numbers" indoor gymnastics rings – for stretching and strength exercises
The Sport-Thieme "Numbers" indoor gymnastics rings provide a wide range of training options for stretching and strengthening your entire body. The excellent-grip rings are made of robust wood and the two straps are made of tear-proof nylon. The set also includes 4 snap hooks for attaching the rings to a suitable anchor point and for adjusting the straps to the desired length. The snap hooks’ screw lock closure provides an added level of safety as it can only be opened by unscrewing the clasp.
Simple length adjustment
The strap length can be quickly and easily adjusted in situ by the athlete: the straps feature a numbered system with 9 anchor points. Point 9 is positioned at the upper end of the strap and marks where the snap hook used to suspend the apparatus should be attached. To adjust the length, simply pull the lower end of each strap through the rings and hook the snap hook through the desired anchor point (1–8). The distance between two anchor points is 20 cm. The maximum length is approximately 1.90 m (measured from the bottom end of the ring to anchor point 9), the shortest length is approximately 1.30 m.
