The Emotion Fitness "Motion Active Sprint 200" treadmill boasts lamella technology for a perfectly cushioned running experience. The treadmill is self-powered, i.e. you just step on it and start walking or running. This will also power the LCD display. The treadmill’s resistance, which can be adjusted to 21 levels, results from the friction of the lamella belt. The cardio machine comes with a coded Polar pulse receiver: the heart rate is transmitted using a chest strap (not included).
