HesherBall: an innovative game that can be played virtually anywhere
HesherBall is an award-winning tabletop game developed by the same people who invented Headis. The game consists of 4 corners, 4 belt straps and 2 balls, and it takes just 5 minutes to set it up. All you need is a table that is no bigger than 2×1.4 m, and no thicker than 7 cm. Clamp the corners (which are the goals) to your table and enclose the playfield by attaching the straps between the goals – and the game can begin. The 2 solid rubber balls feature a velour cover to prevent the table from getting damaged.

The rules of the game
HesherBall is played by one person at a time and has two balls in the game: the HesherBall (red) and the cue ball (black). The aim of the game is to keep the HesherBall moving and, if possible, to pocket it in one of the 4 corners. As long as the ball is in motion, the active player can hit it as often as they like. The cue ball must, however, be played from either end of the table, and the HesherBall must cross the centre line before touching the cue ball. The player must therefore keep their eye on the ball and may also work up a sweat when having to run around the table.
Who wins?
The order of the players must be decided before the game. Each player has 5 lives. You lose a life if
a) the ball stops,
b) the player after you pockets the ball,
c) you fail to wait your turn,
d) you touch the ball while it is in motion, and
e) you fail to serve 3 times in a row (i.e. when the ball doesn’t cross the centre line).
When you pocket the HesherBall, on the other hand, you get to choose which player loses a life. The player who ends up with the last remaining life wins.
Recommended table dimensions
The table should be at least 80 cm wide for adults and 60 cm for children (minimum table size: 100×60 cm). It should be no thicker than 7 cm.
