The Togu Ballstep: instability during training – for everyday stability
The Togu Ballstep offers the opportunity for all different fitness levels to get started with sensorimotor training, thanks to exercises at different difficulty levels. The training device creates dynamic instability by using air-filled balls as its base. As a result, your body instinctively tries to rebalance this instability by using the stabilising muscles in the joints. Core muscles that aren't normally targeted by standard exercises are intensively exercised. The use in functional training also strengthens other muscle groups. The Togu Balanza Ballstep makes stomach, chest, balance and stabilising exercises even more efficient.
The "Mini" version is perfect for the first steps of sensorimotor training.

An innovative design for innovative training
Togu's innovative Balanza Ballstep demonstrates again their expertise in air-filled training products: where most steppers have feet, the Ballstep rests on air-filled balls. On the top, each of the balls is connected to a plastic plate, which is then screwed onto the wooden board. This 'floating' bearing gives the Ballstep flexibility and instability: this allows it to move to a certain degree in all directions.
The Togu Balanza Ballstep – the new-generation training device for dynamic functional and sensory-motor training.
