The Mikasa "V300W-AT-TR" volleyball is made of high-quality microfibre leatherette. It is equipped with 2 elastic cords to keep it in position during training. This makes it ideal for spiking drills as well as realistic and consistent volleyball attack training, allowing you to perfect your timing. The height and the distance to the net can be varied – depending on the player’s age and performance level. Its anti-sweat feature also ensures consistent performance. The ball’s size and weight correspond to those of the official competition volleyballs, and just like the official FIVB game ball (the "V200W"), it features a special nubbed surface. Compared to conventional volleyballs, this surface absorbs significantly more impact energy and thus extends the contact time.
