Plastic Thera Beans for highly effective training sessions
Delivering a massage effect and offering great sensory-motor feedback, the plastic Thera Beans are perfect for exercising weak muscles, relaxing, enhancing circulation, massage, increasing the metabolic rate and developing sensory-motor skills.
Plastic Thera Beans: a perfect blend
The plastic Thera Beans are great for developing your muscles with just few simple exercises. Each set of Thera Beans consists of two different sizes of bean which perfectly complement each other. As a result moving and shifting the beans generates consistent, controlled and non-direction-based resistance – throughout the exercise there are practically no periods when there is a lack of resistance.
