The Sport-Thieme gymnastics benches connection is very easy to attach. Simply place the gymnastics bench with the seat area (insertion plate) downwards, attach the connection piece and the balancing can begin. Then connect 2 gymnastics benches to the straight connection piece. You now have a long balance beam. You can also incorporate corners into the route for a balance obstacle course. Simply remove the small insertion plate from the straight connection piece and attach the 90-degree connection piece to another bench.
