The Pedalo "Reha-Bar" coordination trainer was designed for mobilising joints and strengthening the muscular system following hip surgery or ligament injuries to the lower extremities. It can also be used for fall prevention for senior citizens, for stroke patients who have difficulty walking or those who suffer from balance problems.
Spacers can be found between the extra-large standing boards and the wheels, increasing the freedom of movement. The additional space offers a wider standing position for more stability. Freely height-adjustable side supports with "guard rails" give patients the opportunity to hold on and support themselves. This increases safety and enables the equipment to be used by people with restricted movement and balance problems. The Pedalo "Reha-Bar" coordination trainer features white tyres and wheels that can easily be replaced. These do not damage floor surfaces and are non-marking – the equipment is therefore ideal for indoor use. As it can subjected to loads of up to 280 kg, the therapeutic Pedalo is extremely strong and can also be used by several adults, as well as by patients who are overweight.
