What are winter floats for?
Outdoor swimming pools should generally not be emptied in winter to protect them from the effects of frozen groundwater. However, the water in the pool will freeze at sub-zero temperatures, which puts a lot of pressure on the pool walls, potentially leading to damage. Winter floats absorb this pressure.

Winter floats are hung on one long side and at one end of the pool (or on all four sides for pools longer than 25 m) and will effectively prevent the pool from getting damaged. Each float comes with a coupling link for joining the floats.
