Inlay boards and baseboard not included
Supports the process of learning to write where gross motor coordination meets fine motor coordination. Once a child has experienced the orientation of a line using the ‘road’ pieces, they can then freely create the line in the sand. The movement of drawing leaves an imprint in the sand which provides the child with clear feedback. In doing so, this targets all aspects of the user’s dexterity as well as promoting their visual perception.
Comes complete with a rake for levelling the sand and 1 kg of quartz sand. The lid can be used as a frame for 16 inlay boards.
