Only the highest-quality materials were used and meticulously crafted to create the professional dartboard from Kings Dart. Like the dartboards in all large tournaments, the Kings Dart board is made from millions of original, African sisal bristles bonded together using a special resin. The bristle board gets its colouration in the traditional screen printing method: using stencils the colour is applied by hand. This prevents the colours from crumbling and keeps the board looking newer for longer. The spider made from extra-thin steel is precisely positioned and pressed into the board by a weight of five tonnes. In order to achieve exact placement, in the last step of the process, the bull's-eye and number circle are driven in by hand.
