2 piece gymnastics mushroom comprises of a mushroom head and a base.ø mushroom head approx. 100 cm. Thanks to its ergonomic shape flank training is more gentle on the wrist joint. With the hook band on the base the mushroom head can be removed and attached to a floor exercise mat. Approx. 38.5 cm high.
