The Spieth "Berlin" gymnastics rings apparatus has been tried and tested at many national and international competitions. It is first choice both for top-class and club-level gymnastics.

Frame with shock absorption system
The frame is made of square, steel tubing with a built-in, adjustable shock absorption system. The upper beams contain shock absorbing elements which allow you to perform gymnastics in a way that is gentle on your joints. The entire apparatus can be disassembled into sections with individual lengths of approx. 270 cm. The height is adjustable from 540-590 cm in 5 cm intervals. The double tension with wedge clamp sliders and ring hooks provides excellent stability. Includes ground anchors.

Smooth rope suspension
The gymnastics ropes included are made from plastic-coated steel wire containing chrome straps which are approx. 70 cm long. Each gymnastics ring, made from plywood, is attached to a strap. The rings are rotatable and height-adjustable.

Modern ring gymnastics is characterised by strength and dynamism
Gymnasts experience forces up to 6 times their weight, especially when there is great momentum. It is therefore necessary to lessen the highest forces. Spieth has developed adjustable shock-absorbing elements and smooth suspension to protect the joints as much as possible. At the same time, the stability of the frame is optimised to keep any vibrations to a minimum.
