Hanging the swing bar:
Guide the rope through the hook and the holder and turn the ring around at 90° and pull upwards. The rings are now at right angles to the bar and are sitting in both hooks. Now turn the hand-locking screw tightly. Please ensure that the outer holder is fixed and used no more than 50 cm from the end of the bar. When all rings are hung up you can start doing your exercises on the swing bar. Rings and rope not included
