Sehr gute Qualität sehr gute Qualität für den Preis, die Drehlager sind sehr gut. Die Griffigkeit ist auch hervorragend, für Curls sehr gut geeignet. Die Plastikverschlüsse sind sehr fest, ein verrutschen von vielen Scheiben ist nicht möglich.

Stabil und schwer Eine schwere und Professionale Langhantelstange. Eher was für schwere Gewichte. Für Amateure tut es sicher auch die 30mm Variante. Sport Thieme könnte etwas mehr Auskunft auf der Website geben welche Hantel-Länge für welche Übungen am besten sind. Ich habe die kürzere genommen, das eine gute Idee ist (160cm), war aber geraten
