Cold/hot compresses – reusable and handy
These gel-filled compresses are suitable for both hot and cold therapy. As a cold pack, they are great for cooling bruises and sprains, and as a hot pack they offer soothing relief to sore muscles, back pain and muscle tension. Simply chill the compresses in the freezer or heat them in hot water before use.

Usage instructions for cold/warm compress:
Cold compress:
Place the gel pouch in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. The compress can then be applied to the affected area. In order to avoid excessive exposure to cold, we recommend wrapping the compress in a thin cloth before use.
Warm compress:
For warm use, place the compress in hot water (max. 80°C) for approx. 5 minutes, after which it will be ready to use. Here too, we recommend wrapping the warm compress in a cloth before use.
