The Spordas "Indoor" gliding football might be just half a football made of soft foam but it offers huge amounts of fun thanks to its intriguing playing characteristics. The black and yellow ball features an extra-smooth plastic disc on its underside, which allows it to glide across smooth surfaces, such as sports floors and tables, at lightning speed. It ‘sticks’ to the floor and does not roll – making passes and shots quite tricky. The gliding football is also ideal as a training ball for people with a disability. People with impaired vision, for example, are able to locate the ball as they hear it glide across the floor.
