The steel rail with a double row of holes is galvanised and designed with a simple protective mechanism for hanging and adjusting the starting blocks. The starting blocks have a non-slip coating and their incline can be adjusted. Spikes are firmly fixed to the starting blocks for tartan tracks. Also includes ground anchors for running training on the cinder tracks.
