Using the Sport-Thieme adapter, your "Vario" starting blocks can now also be set up indoors. Simply push the T-shaped adapter onto the back of the main rail, and your indoor starting blocks are ready to use. Please note: the adapter and the "Vario" starting blocks do not have a non-slip base and must be placed directly against a wall to prevent them from slipping away when the runner pushes off.
